At Appoon, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for refunds, exchanges, and defective products.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility

Refunds are available within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Final sale items (marked "Non-refundable") cannot be refunded.
How to Request a Refund

Contact us at service@appoon.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Ship the item back to our warehouse (return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error).

Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Bank transfers may take additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
2. Exchange Policy
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes! If you’d like a different size, color, or style, we offer one free exchange per order within 14 days of delivery.
How to Request an Exchange

Email us at service@appoon.com with your order number and desired exchange details.

We’ll send a prepaid return label (for exchanges due to our error) or provide return instructions.

Ship the original item back to us.

Once received, we’ll process your new item and ship it within 3-5 business days.
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll offer a refund or alternative options.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at service@appoon.com with:

Your order number

Photos/videos of the issue

We’ll arrange a free return or replacement (including return shipping).

Once confirmed, we’ll ship a new item immediately or issue a full refund.
Note: We may request return of the defective item for quality control purposes.
Important Notes

Return Shipping Costs: Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).

Processing Time: Refunds/exchanges may take 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, personalized products, and used/damaged goods cannot be refunded or exchanged.
